Change is Constant

Good day to all!

Today I want everyone reading this to focus on one thing... acceptance of life. Realize that you are blessed to have made it THIS FAR. Once you focus your attention on that, you will be more accepting of change.

Change is not bad. Change is not good. Change simply is. It's a constant factor of life. Cells change in our biology. People change (physically, emotionally). The ecosystem changes. Relationships/partnerships. Sneakers. Food. Animals. Jobs. Minds. Science. Religion. Politics. Genders. Decisions. LIFE.

Change is constant. Accept this and live more freely. It's all in our mindset. :-)

Life is Unpredictable, So Love it

Good day to all!

You know that saying "life is short?" It really isn't. 365/366 days in a year/leap year. Approx. 525,000 minutes in a year. If you are reading this, you are most likely at least 9.450.000 minutes old (18 years approx.). That's a lot of numbers. Does that justify how long or short life really is? Not one bit, because in all honesty, life really is short if you're doing it right. Time flies is the expression, this means time goes fast. I can personally say that the last 8ish months have been an amazing experience, but a slight blur.

The expression really says "time flies when you're having fun" which I have been and I hope you have as well. If you're not having fun, change that. We really have no idea when our last day will approach. We should not bother wondering when it will be nor should we be concerned with how it will happen. JUST LIVE.

A patient was recently diagnosed with a stage 4 tumor above their heart. 24 years old. This should make you think 2 things:
1. I hope the best for this person.
2. I should start living and be grateful for all I have.

Stop and appreciate the beauty life and the universe has surrounded you with. Family, love, good, nature, animals. The ability to breathe, smile, laugh, think. Getting mad is not worth it (this is something we can all work on). Be sad, but not for long. Live for those moments that make you see God (or whoever/whatever you believe in) in them.

Today, tomorrow, and the rest of your days, I ask that you live with appreciation, reverence, compassion, selflessness, and vitality. People will hurt you, lie to you, not be there for you. It's ok. Forgive and move forward. LIVE and remember to LOVE YOURSELF and YOUR LIFE.

Do Not Take It Personal

Hello happy folks! I hope you meet this day with greatness and kindness.

Message today, DO NOT TAKE IT PERSONAL. What, you ask? Nothing.

The lies.
The doubts.
The truths.
The fears.
The let downs.
The uncertainties.
The comments.
The fat.
The skinny.
The immature.
The irresistible.
The mundane.
The temptation.
The jokes.
The fools.
The critics.
The comfort.
The lack of trust.
The lack of loyalty.
The exclusions.
The too much informations (just made up a word).
The gossip.
The fact that they will not give you a raise.
The fear of setting off on a journey.
The embarrassment.
The pride.
The programs society feeds you.
The nonsense.
The hate.
The success.

DO NOT TAKE IT PERSONAL.

Much love,

Erik B.

Know yourself well enough to understand you are not perfect, nor will you ever be, but that perfection is relative to the individual for whom you are perfect for.
